  • What’s Your Refund Policy?

    We Issue Full Refunds Up To a week Before Your Charter Date. Any Time After Then, We Will Not Issue A Refund Of Your Deposit.

  • What Is Not Allowed On My Charter?

    Weapons, Drugs, Fireworks & Any Illegal Items Are Prohibited On Any Charter.

  • Do You Have Any Yachts That Fit My Budget?

    At Super Yacht Bros, We Make Sure To Find A Yacht That Fits Any Budget, As Long As You Communicate With Us.

  • What Happens If There Is Bad Weather The Day Of My Charter?

    If bad weather occurs on the day of your charter, we prioritize your safety and comfort. You will have the option to either reschedule your charter for a later date or cancel it. Our team will work with you to find the best solution based on availability and your preferences.

  • How Early Can I Book My Charter?

    We Book Charters Only As Far Out As (1) Month And Half In Advance Of Your Charter Date.

  • How Many People Are Allowed On A Charter?

    Per Us Coast Guard Regulations, Max Capacity On Any Yacht, No Matter The Size, Is 13 Passengers Plus Crew.

  • How Many Hours Can I Charter?

    Our Minimum Charter Length Is 4 Hours, But You Are Welcome To Charter Up To 8 Hours (Price Will Be Adjusted Per Hour).

  • Where Does My Charter Leave From?

    Our Fleet Of Yachts Are Docked In Different Marinas Throughout South Florida, So We Are Able To Find A Location That Suits You.

  • Water – Staying hydrated is essential, which is why we provide complimentary bottled water so you can enjoy your trip without worry. 

 

  • Ice + Cooler – Drinks and snacks stay fresh with our stocked cooler and plenty of ice. Bring your favorites, and we’ll keep them perfectly chilled throughout your adventure.

 

  • Floating Mat – Lounging on the water is effortless with our floating mat. It offers a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the ocean, whether you’re sunbathing or simply drifting along.

 

  • Bluetooth Speakers – Music sets the tone for a great day. Our Bluetooth speakers allow you to connect your device and enjoy your favorite playlist with high-quality sound.

 

  • AC Cabin – Escape the heat and unwind in our air-conditioned cabin, providing a cool and comfortable retreat whenever you need a break.

Our Policies

  • No Shoes on Board – To protect the deck and keep the vessel clean, all guests are required to remove their shoes before boarding. 

  • No Weapons Allowed – For the safety of all passengers and crew, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on our vessels. 

  • Life Jackets for Non-Swimmers – Safety is our top priority. Any guest who is not a strong swimmer must wear a life jacket before entering the water to prevent accidents. 

  • Arrive 30 Minutes Early – Arriving early ensures a smooth check-in process and allows ample time for boarding, safety briefings, and departure preparation.  

  • Passenger Limit – Coast Guard regulations require that all passengers, including infants, be counted toward the 13-person maximum capacity. 

  • Respect Marina Etiquette – To respect privacy and maintain order, guests should proceed directly to their designated vessel without wandering or disturbing other boaters.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking:  To secure your reservation for a yacht, jet ski, jet car, or luxury car, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. You can make a reservation through our website or by reaching out to our customer service team directly.


Cancellation: Cancellations made at least a week before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within a week of the booking are non-refundable, as we reserve the luxury vessels exclusively for your party. If weather conditions make it unsafe to operate, we will work with you to reschedule your booking to another date free of charge.

What to Bring

Food and Beverages of Your Choice

Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy during the trip. A cooler with ice is available to keep them fresh. 

Photo ID

All drivers must provide a valid photo ID. A driver's license or passport is acceptable. This will be required for rental of jet skis, jet cars, and luxury cars.

Personal Items

Feel free to bring personal items like hats, sunglasses, and camera equipment, but please be mindful of keeping them secure as you enjoy the ride.
